Gilbert Nakhle's work experience begins with their current role as the Director of Learning and Development at The First Group, where they started in March 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Life Coach, Master NLP Practitioner, Sales Coach, and Soft skills Trainer at their own company from June 2020 to March 2022. From June 2012 to June 2020, they served as the Training Academy Manager at Nasco Insurance Group/Bankers Assurance SAL. Gilbert also worked at Gulf Insurance Group - Kuwait as the Deputy Sales & Training Manager from August 2007 to September 2011, where they assisted the Head of Sales in managing the existing sales force, recruiting and training new sales teams, and developing the sales teams in the Medical and Life department through sales coaching, team building, field training, and after-sales service.

Gilbert Nakhle obtained a Bachelor's degree in Insurance from University St Joseph (USJ-Beirut) between 1997 and 2001.
