Thalita St Hilaire is an experienced facilities manager with a strong background in facilities and property management, currently serving as the Facilities Manager and Head of Facilities & Property Management at the Fire Brigades Union since September 2021. Prior to this role, Thalita held positions including Facilities & Office Manager at LUC, where responsibilities included negotiating FM contracts and managing health and safety compliance, as well as managing maintenance across 18 clinics for The Harley Medical Group. Thalita began a career in facilities management with roles at Bank of America and several other firms, demonstrating expertise in maintenance coordination, contract management, and customer service within various healthcare and corporate environments. Thalita holds a diploma in Information Technology from Lewisham College and is pursuing an IOSH qualification through St Johns Ambulance.
