Leonie Kelly currently serves as the Global Head of Sustainable Investment Consulting at Ogier, a position held since November 2020. In addition, Leonie has been a Fellow at The Finance Innovation Lab since March 2016. Between January 2017 and November 2020, Leonie co-founded and partnered with the Sustainable Finance Initiative, leading its establishment and growth as a prominent entity supporting private investor communities. Prior roles include Chair and Head of Impact Investing & Innovation at the Zoological Society of London, where Leonie was instrumental in the implementation of the Rhino Impact Bond, and Manager of Sustainability Services at Deloitte UK, focusing on ESG and impact advisory. Leonie's career began at Citi, where various roles included Domestic Markets Analyst and Human Resources Analyst, preceded by an internship in Financial Control. Leonie holds a Master of Science in Environment & Development from The London School of Economics and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics & Geography from Trinity College Dublin.
