Bal Dosanjh currently serves as the Director of Employer Strategy for North America at The Fedcap Group, where responsibilities include supporting Fedcap Canada in developing an Employer Partnership Framework and assessing the employer landscape to effectively engage with stakeholders. Prior to this role, Bal was the Strategic Sector Lead at Fedcap, establishing key relationships with sector bodies and designing an Employer Partnership Framework. With experience as an Operations Consultant, Area Manager, and Project Manager across various organizations, Bal has successfully managed significant projects, enhanced performance in underperforming regions, and secured high-profile business contracts. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from The Open University and a BA (Hons) in Sports Studies and Social Applied Psychology from Coventry University.
