Casey Keenan is a seasoned professional in Learning and Development, currently serving as Senior Manager at The Farmer's Dog since November 2023, following a significant tenure at Compass from February 2018 to November 2023. At Compass, Casey led various initiatives including the development of team KPIs, design of comprehensive training programs, and management of large teams, resulting in substantial cost savings and efficiency improvements within the customer service organization. Additionally, Casey has a diverse background with previous roles at Apple, TGI Fridays, Division Avenue High School, and Pace University, demonstrating expertise in training, curriculum development, and project management.
