Joel Acong possesses extensive experience in operational and technical management, currently serving as an Operations Manager at Ecopetrol Inc. since April 2022, and as the Engineering and Maintenance Manager at THE FARM since February 2022, overseeing equipment, genset, refrigeration, and machinery. Previously, Joel Acong held roles as Operation Manager and Technical Support at Manfel Cargo Shipping Corp. in 2016, as well as Technical Manager for Goldenstar and Manfel Cargo Shipping Corp. from May 2016 to February 2022, and as Operations Manager at Manfel Cargo Shipping from May 2015 to February 2022. Joel Acong holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Marine Engineering degree from TIP PMMS.
