Melissa Gordon is an experienced therapist currently employed at The Farley Center since March 2023. Prior to this role, Melissa served as a Client Engagement Specialist and Senior Service Facilitator at Moms In Motion from September 2021 to March 2023, where responsibilities included onboarding referrals and managing client services related to Medicaid waivers. From December 2018 to July 2021, Melissa worked as a Manager/Residential Staff at New Life For Youth, Inc., providing support in a residential facility for women. Earlier experience includes a tenure as Residential Manager at The Arc of New London County from October 2014 to July 2017, overseeing medication administration, payroll, and individual care plans. Melissa holds a Master's degree in Substance Abuse/Addiction Counseling from Liberty University, earned between August 2020 and December 2022.
