François BLUM is involved in several ventures, including moderato 0%, which produces premium alcohol-free wines; ONAFIS, a precision oenology tool; Marble, a climate tech venture studio; and Djuce, specializing in canned wines curated by Michelin-starred sommeliers. François BLUM also invests in Wegrow, a platform for sharing best practices in various business sectors; Muzzo, an intelligent recruitment marketplace; Kaya, a wellness app; and Work With Island, a company designing sustainable office furniture. François BLUM serves as Managing Partner at SENSEII Ventures, a seed fund aimed at disruptive ideas in various categories, including Foodtech and Fintech.
