Ken has worked as a Supervisor-Director for Industrial, Commercial, Institutional MRO, Energy, Construction & Engineering Management, PD for a period of 28 years. Their responsibilities included managing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, ensuring compliance with NYC LL87, conducting energy audits, commissioning and retro-commissioning of electro-mechanical systems, project management, and life cycle cost analysis.
