Nikki Kelso has extensive experience in the medical and service industries, currently serving as a Front Office Specialist at The Eye Institute in Tulsa since June 2017. In this role, Nikki is responsible for medical billing and posting for a Retina specialist, managing supply orders, sending prescriptions, obtaining prior authorizations, and serving as a tech floater. Additional responsibilities include drawing injection supplies, loading examination rooms, obtaining patient OCTs, filling schedules, making reminder calls, collecting co-pays, and scheduling surgeries.
