Naitik Ghutla is an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer who has worked for several companies. In 2022, they began working at The Exploration Company as a Mechanical Design Engineer. In 2021, they worked as a Master Thesis Student and Mechanical Design Intern at yuri. Naitik also worked as an Intern at AUDI AG where they worked on Production Optimization using Value Stream Mapping, regulating and eliminating bottlenecks within the plant, and training evaluation methods. From 2019 to 2021, they worked at ANIL MECHATRONIX PRIVATE LIMITED as a Production Engineer and Internship Trainee. During their time there, they designed and developed jigs and fixtures for CNC machines, conducted load calculations and FEA analysis, and developed a Special Purpose Production System for machining of Mini-Spindles of a Textile Machine. Naitik also designed a Retrofit Lathe machine for semi-automation of Z and X-axis and designed and developed an Encoder mounting assembly for a Casting Table.

Naitik Ghutla is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Automotive Production Engineering from Technische Hochschule Ingolstadt. Prior to this, they completed a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Pandit Deendayal Energy University in 2019.
