Alagappan A possesses extensive experience in operations and guest services within the hospitality industry, currently serving as an Assistant Manager - Operations at The Executive Centre since August 2016, where prior roles included Senior Engagement Manager and Engagement Manager. A background at The Lemon Tree Hotel Company as a Senior Guest Service Associate further complements experience gained at Hilton Hotels & Resorts and Hotel Savera in F&B service roles. Alagappan has a PG Diploma in Business Administration from the All India Institute of Management Studies, an International Diploma in Hotel/Motel Administration from Open University Malaysia, and a Diploma in Hotel/Motel Administration from Annalakshmi Institute of HM & CT.
