Trish Bender has extensive experience in real estate and gardening, currently serving on the National Garden Club Board of Directors since August 2021, specializing as a Certified Probate Real Estate Advisor, Short Sale Foreclosure Consultant, Accredited Buyers Agent, and Investment Consultant. As the Charleston Garden Examiner since January 2010, Trish focuses on organic gardening topics in Charleston, SC. Trish has also worked as a REALTOR at Carolina One Real Estate since May 2004 and previously held leadership roles at the Garden Club of South Carolina from July 2010 to March 2022, including Third Vice-President and 501c3 Compliance Officer. Earlier professional experience includes a decade at BellSouth Telecommunications in customer service and sales. Trish holds a Master’s degree in Information Technology and Human Resource Development from Webster University and a Bachelor’s degree in Management from Southern Wesleyan University.
