Clarissa Oon is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in journalism and content leadership. Currently serving as the Head of Communications and Content at The Esplanade Co Ltd since February 2016, Clarissa has previously held multiple roles at The Straits Times from January 2005 to January 2016, including Deputy Lifestyle Editor, Arts Editor, Senior Writer, Senior Political Correspondent, and China Correspondent. Clarissa holds a Master of Arts with Distinction in Communication and Media Studies from Goldsmiths, University of London, as well as a Bachelor of Arts with First Class Honours in English Literature from the National University of Singapore.
