Debra Low-Skinner is an accomplished clergy member serving as a Supply Priest and Canon to the Ordinary for The Episcopal Diocese of California since June 2021. Current roles include Assisting Clergy at Grace Cathedral and Vice Chair of the Board of Directors for the San Francisco Interfaith Council. Debra has held leadership positions such as President of the Japanese American Religious Federation and Vicar at Christ Episcopal Church Sei Ko Kai. Experience spans various roles in pastoral care and liturgical leadership across multiple Episcopal churches. Academic credentials include a Master in Divinity from Church Divinity School of the Pacific, a BS in Mathematics from the University of San Francisco, and a Master's in Engineering Management from Santa Clara University.
