Winton B. Wedderburn, MPH ΑΦΑ, serves as a Senior Web Developer at The Episcopal Church since August 2022, overseeing web development for public-facing sites and collaborating with the IT team to implement enhancements. As the Founder of Simian, LLC since July 2007, Winton utilizes a blend of public health expertise, technology, and community outreach to empower mission-driven initiatives through accessible web services. Previous roles include Program Manager for the NYC Health Patient Portal at the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, where Winton developed a system for sexual health clinics, and positions as a Jr. Software Engineering Fellow at General Assembly, Research Analyst at Data & Society Research Institute, Clinical Research Coordinator at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center, and Consultant at Harlem Health Promotion Center. Winton holds a BA in Psychology from Rutgers University, an MPH in Community Health Education from Hunter College, and a Full Stack Software Engineer certification from General Assembly.
