Molly Weiss is an experienced human resources leader currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Adolfson & Peterson Construction since February 2022 and as an Episcopal Priest with The Episcopal Church since June 2020. Molly has held various senior human resources roles at Mortenson from November 2011 to January 2022, including Vice President Human Resources and Senior Director of Human Resources. Previous experience includes roles at Ecolab, where Molly managed HR for Textile Care and Vehicle Care business lines, and at Hazelden Foundation as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner. Molly's education includes a Master of Arts from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor of Science from St. Cloud State University.
