Johann Noel D'Souza is a seasoned procurement engineer and technical advisor with extensive experience in procurement engineering and project management. Currently employed at The EPCM Group Global since December 2020, D'Souza manages global spare part sales, divisional cost control, and oversees EPCM projects worldwide. Prior to this, D'Souza held project engineering roles at Honda Canada Inc., involved in construction supervision for engine machining, die casting, and assembly processes, achieving high spending accuracy in utility budgets. Additional experience includes assistant project management at M&R Automation Canada Inc., design engineering at Toyota Motor Manufacturing Canada, and various roles in construction and analysis earlier in the career. D'Souza holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Waterloo.
