Kitsana Salyphone has a diverse work experience in the field of enrollment management and admissions. Kitsana has held various leadership roles in different educational institutions.

From 2021 to present, Kitsana serves as the Director of Membership & Business Development at the Enrollment Management Association. In this role, they are responsible for developing and executing member experience and business development efforts globally.

Prior to that, from 2016 to 2021, Kitsana worked as the Director of Enrollment Management at The Chicago Academy for the Arts. Kitsana oversaw all phases of the school's admissions process and managed the admissions office's budget and financial aid strategies.

In 2015, Kitsana was the Director of Admission and Marketing at Quest Academy. Kitsana oversaw the program of admissions and presented the school to prospective students and parents.

Before that, Kitsana worked at The Carey School from 2011 to 2015 as an Admission and Advancement Associate, where they coordinated the admission and advancement offices and managed communications and databases.

In 2008-2009, Kitsana served as the Director of Admissions at Saint Mark's School. Kitsana was responsible for recruitment, outreach, selection, and enrollment management of K-8 students.

Earlier in their career, Kitsana worked at Crystal Springs Uplands School from 2003 to 2008 as the Director of Diversity/Assistant Director of Admission. Kitsana was involved in developing and implementing strategies to increase diversity in the school community.

Kitsana's work experience also includes serving as a Site Director at Peninsula Bridge from 2003 to 2006, where they managed and designed the summer curriculum for a summer-enrichment program.

Kitsana has also worked as a Science Teacher at Menlo School in 2000-2001 and as a Math Teacher at Katherine Delmar Burke School in 1999-2000.

To kickstart their career, Kitsana served as an Americorps Teaching Coordinator for Summerbridge Sacramento at Sacramento Country Day School from 1997 to 1999.

Kitsana Salyphone has pursued higher education in various institutions. They completed a Doctoral Program in Organization and Leadership from the University of San Francisco. Prior to that, Kitsana earned a Master of Arts degree in Cultural Studies from Claremont Graduate University. Their undergraduate studies were focused on Human Development, specifically Childhood and Adolescence, which they pursued at the University of California, Davis.
