Kelli Durant, SHRM-CP, is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in leadership and employee relations. Currently serving as a Human Resources Manager at The Energy Cooperative since June 2017, Kelli previously held the same position at RR Donnelley from September 2013 to June 2017. Earlier experience includes a role as Human Resource Generalist at Thirty-One Gifts from January 2011 to September 2013, where Kelli excelled in driving HR initiatives, resolving employee-related issues, and conducting investigations. Kelli Durant holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Management from Franklin University and has foundational education from Zane State College.
