Debashis Raj is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles across multiple organizations. Currently, Debashis serves as a Human Resources Specialist at Cygni Energy Private Limited, focusing on EV battery manufacturing since August 2022. Prior positions include Human Resources Lead at Resolute Skyquad Electronics & Appliances Pvt Ltd and Manager HR & IR at Larsen & Toubro. Debashis has also worked as Chief Consultant at Phi Consulting and Independent Consultant before rejoining Larsen & Toubro as Assistant Manager - HR OD, where responsibilities encompassed learning and organizational development, HRIS, performance management systems, personnel administration, employee engagement, and manpower optimization. Debashis began the career as an HR Officer at Mind & Resource and holds an MBA in HR from TASMAC, along with a B.Sc. in Mathematics from Sambalpur University.
