Thomas Coughlin is a Process Risk Lead at The Energy Authority, a role held since July 2022, focused on enhancing scalable processes within the organization while reporting to the Director of Credit and Risk Control. Prior to this, Thomas served as a Risk Control Analyst at Macquarie Group, where responsibilities included financial reporting for commodities and global markets. Thomas also has experience as a Client Advisor at FIS, a Financial Control Analyst at the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation, and a Regulatory Analyst III at the Agency for Health Care Administration. Earlier positions include bartending at The Tally Strip and working as a Senior Loan and Credit Representative at Life House Financial. Thomas holds a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate and Finance from Florida State University and an Associate of Arts in Business from Tallahassee State College.
