Bryan Collins began their work experience in 1999 as an Associate Software Engineer at Imagesoft Technologies. Bryan continued in this role until 2001 when they became a Senior Solution Architect at The Energy Authority. Bryan worked in this role for 14 years before being promoted to the Manager of Business Insights in 2015. In June 2017, they further advanced their career at The Energy Authority and became the Director of Business Insights.

Bryan Collins attended the University of Florida from 1994 to 1999, where they did not obtain a specific degree or focus on a particular field of study. Prior to their university education, they completed their high school education at Port St. Lucie High School from 1990 to 1994 and earned a diploma. Additionally, Bryan Collins obtained a certification as a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner from Prosci in December 2022.
