Amy Seidle is a seasoned legal professional with a diverse background in providing legal analysis and guidance across various sectors. Currently serving as Senior Counsel at The Energy Authority since January 2023, Amy specializes in drafting and negotiating commercial and energy contracts while supporting multiple departments. Prior experience includes positions as Associate General Counsel and Senior Corporate Counsel at Paul Davis Restoration, Inc., where responsibilities encompassed transactional management, compliance, corporate governance, and risk management. Previous roles also include Counsel at The Adecco Group, Attorney at Kelley Kronenberg, and a Certified Legal Intern with the City of Jacksonville. Amy holds a Juris Doctor degree from Florida Coastal School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Virginia.
