Jeff Gillett has over 30 years of work experience in various roles within the restaurant industry. Jeff started their career in 1983 as a Restaurant Manager at Bennigans, where they worked until 1989. In 1986, they also held a managerial role at Bennigan's. From 1989 to 2005, Jeff worked as a Recruiter at Houston's Restaurants and later at Hillstone Restaurant Group. In 2005, they joined The Elliot Group as a Regional Vice President and progressed to Senior Vice President in 2010. Currently, they serve as the Executive Vice President at The Elliot Group.
Jeff Gillett attended Michigan State University - Eli Broad College of Business from 1981 to 1986. Jeff received a Bachelor of Arts degree from The School of Hospitality Business.
