Sayda Martinez-Alvarado is a Higher Education Policy Analyst at The Education Trust, with prior experience as Head First Year Counselor and FGLI Student Ambassador at Yale College Dean's Office. At Yale, Sayda coordinated events for first-generation, low-income (FGLI) students and collaborated with a team to enhance community engagement.
