Roza Ivanova has extensive work experience in the insurance industry. Roza started their career in 1997 with the Combined Insurance Company of America, where they held the positions of Sub-Regional Manager and Territory Director until 2002. In 2009, they joined The Edge Benefits as a Senior Sales Consultant, and they continue to work in this role.

Roza Ivanova completed their education in 2011 at Advocis, where they obtained a Certified Health Specialist (CHS) degree in Insurance. Prior to that, in 2002, they also attended Advocis and achieved a Life Licence (LLQP) degree in Insurance.
