Ranjan Pradhan is an experienced tax and finance professional currently serving as Tax Manager at The Economist since November 2018, where responsibilities include managing Group Indirect tax, finance operations in India, and overseeing tax compliance for multiple regions. Prior to this, Ranjan worked as a Financial Consultant at Clove Dental, focusing on financial statements, statutory audits, and tax compliance. At Polycom, Ranjan held the position of Manager-Finance, leading finance functions and supporting restructuring processes. Earlier experience includes a role as Sr. Executive-Finance at Aricent, where Ranjan implemented SAP modules and was recognized for improving financial systems, and as Finance Associate at Telstra, contributing to TDS return processes. Ranjan holds a CPA from ICFAI and an MBA from Indira Gandhi National Open University.
