Samantha Hiergesell is a Public Relations and Strategic Communications major at American University, with an extensive background in social media and public relations. Currently serving as the Twitter and Facebook Editor for The American University Eagle, Samantha schedules posts and generates engaging content for campus events and local news. As Vice President of Web Design in the Public Relations Student Society of America, Samantha applies web design skills to enhance the organization's online presence. Experience includes a barista role at Starbucks, where interpersonal skills and customer loyalty were developed, and an internship at W Communications focusing on media outreach and press release writing. Additionally, Samantha held leadership roles in Alpha Chi Omega Fraternity, managing bylaws and overseeing chapter relations.
