Sofia Winter is an experienced sourcing and supply chain professional currently serving as Sourcing Director at Duni Group since March 2024. Prior to this role, Sofia held key positions, including Chief Supply Chain Officer and Head of Vendor Management at Radinn, and Commodity Manager Electronics at Axis Communications. With a foundational career at Duni AB and FlatFrog Laboratories AB, Sofia has developed expertise in strategic sourcing, vendor management, and project management, particularly in manufacturing partnerships. Sofia began a career in supply chain management at Sony Ericsson, progressing through various roles, including Strategic Buyer and Customization Project Manager. Sofia holds a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management/Environmental Engineering from The Faculty of Engineering at Lund University.
