Prior to this role, Mikael spent over a decade at Tetra Pak, where responsibilities included the development of innovative packaging materials and optimization of production processes. Mikael's early career featured positions such as laboratory engineer and analytical chemist, contributing to skills in materials analysis and process optimization. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Malmö University and multiple project management certifications from IHM Business School and internal Tetra Pak courses, complemented by training in Agile methodologies.
