Erika Tantlinger, PHRca, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various roles across the wine industry and retail sectors. Currently serving as the Manager of People Business Partner at The Duckhorn Portfolio since January 2023, Erika previously held the position of HR Business Partner at Cakebread Cellars from May 2021 to January 2023, where responsibilities included full-cycle recruiting and employee engagement. Prior to that, Erika worked at Jackson Family Wines in multiple capacities, such as Office Manager and Human Resources Representative, managing diverse HR functions. Additional experience includes roles at Target as a Human Resources Team Leader and Team Member, as well as tutoring and internship positions. Erika holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Science in Human Services Counseling from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, among other educational qualifications.
