Markus Puereschitz is an experienced hospitality professional with a strong background in food and beverage management and operations. Currently serving as General Manager at The Driskill Hotel since September 2022, Markus has previously held key positions such as Director of Food & Beverage/Operations at Hyatt Regency Dallas and Interim General Manager at Wild Dunes Resort. Noteworthy roles also include Executive Assistant Manager during the opening of Park Hyatt New York and Regional Director of Food & Beverage at Park Hyatt Chicago. Markus's career in the Hyatt brand spans over a decade, beginning as Banquet Manager at Park Hyatt Toronto.
