Don Diedrick has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Don started their career as a Territory Sales Representative at Hertz Equipment Rental in 1996 and later became a Rental Manager. In 2001, they joined Jacobus Energy, Inc. / Quick Fuel Fleet Services, LLC as a Territory Sales Representative and eventually became a Key Account Manager, responsible for developing intrastate business for accounts with multiple locations in Florida. In 2004, Don became the Regional Sales Manager for the company, a role they held until 2011. From 2012 to 2016, they served as the Director of National Account Sales, leading a team to develop customized fuel management programs for national fleets. In 2017, Don was the Director of Sales at XPO Logistics, Inc., where they successfully led a sales team to meet monthly revenue goals. Currently, they work as the Director of Business Development at The Douglas Company, focusing on partnership opportunities in the senior living and multifamily space.
