Dana Faber, MS PSL, BS, RN, CPHRM, is an experienced healthcare professional specializing in patient safety and risk management. Currently serving as a Senior Patient Safety/Risk Manager at The Doctors Company since September 2009, Dana has a solid background in clinical nursing and risk management. Previous roles include Risk Management Coordinator and Clinical Nurse at Sutter Health from January 1997 to August 2009, and Clinical Nurse at Regency Healthcare & Rehabilitation from January 1991 to January 2000. Dana holds a Master of Science in Patient Safety Leadership from the University of Illinois Chicago (2014-2016), a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix, an Associate degree in Registered Nursing from Modesto Junior College (1996-1999), and a Vocational Nursing degree from Modesto Junior College (1990-1991).
