Marisha Nair is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in program management and community development, particularly within the climate change and social impact sectors. Currently serving as the Regional Program Manager for ASIA at The DO School Fellowships since December 2022, Marisha has managed the transition that scaled the program from 100 to 500 fellows. Prior roles include Head of Community at SAARI Collective and National Manager for ygap, where initiatives supported local entrepreneurs and engaged culturally diverse communities. Marisha has also held positions such as Cultural Development Officer at Wyndham City Council and various internships focusing on climate change and poverty advocacy. Marisha Nair holds a Master of Human Rights, Advocacy and Development from Curtin University and a Bachelor of Communications from Victoria University.
