Traci Collins serves as a Quality Assurance Business Partner at both The Disabilities Trust and Brainkind since August 2023. Previously, Traci held the position of Quality and Development Director at C4 Care from March 2023 to August 2023. Traci contributed to Community Integrated Care from July 2020 to March 2023 in various roles, including Senior Quality Business Partner and Quality & Excellence Partner. Prior to this, Traci was the Head of Compliance at THE HUMAN SUPPORT GROUP LIMITED from January 2014 to July 2020. Traci holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the Cumbria Institute of the Arts and a Level 5 Leadership and Management qualification from Stamford College, in addition to education from the University of the West of Scotland.
