Sebastien Silvestri

Sebastien Silvestri has extensive experience in the food and beverage industry, holding various leadership positions throughout their career. Sebastien is currently the Chief Executive Officer at The Dinex Group, where they have been working since 2019. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Operating Officer of the Disruptive Group at sbe Lifestyle Hospitality from 2018 to 2019. Sebastien also held the position of Senior Vice President of Food and Beverage at sbe in 2017.

Before joining sbe, Sebastien worked at The Venetian® I The Palazzo® Resort Hotel & Casino I Las Vegas Sands Corp. as the Vice President of Food and Beverage from 2009 to 2017. Sebastien started their tenure there as the Executive Director of Food and Beverage from 2007 to 2009. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Food and Beverage at The Island Hotel Newport Beach from 2006 to 2007.

Sebastien also gained experience at other notable establishments, including Bellagio, where they served as the General Manager of Sensi from 2005 to 2006. Sebastien was previously the Director of Food and Beverage at Orient Express in 2004. Additionally, they worked as the Food and Beverage Manager at THE MANSION ON TURTLE CREEK from 2001 to 2003, and as the Assistant Manager at The Lanesborough from 2000 to 2002.

Sebastien Silvestri attended ESICAD from 1993 to 1997, where they pursued a field of study in Hospitality Administration/Management. No specific degree name was mentioned, but this is the only educational experience provided.
