Mackenzie Dysart is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project and product management across various industries. Currently serving as Delivery Principal at Thoughtworks since January 2023, Mackenzie leads strategic initiatives on a $10M+ account with over 60 team members across multiple time zones. Prior to this role, Mackenzie was a Senior Product Manager at Connected, contributing to its growth and eventual acquisition by Thoughtworks. Additional roles include coaching digital professionals at The Digital Project Manager, serving on the Board of Directors for the Alzheimer Society of NB, and holding leadership positions at Reason One and Scotiabank, where effective project management and stakeholder collaboration were key achievements. Mackenzie holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Project Management from Sheridan College, a B.Com. in International Management from the University of Ottawa, and a Master's degree from NEOMA Business School, further establishing a strong academic foundation for a successful career.
