Solange Haagmans is currently employed as a Jr. HR Business Partner at The Digital Neighborhood, overseeing HR functions for Cmotions, 2Focus, and Focus Enterprise Solutions since September 2022. Responsibilities include managing onboarding and offboarding processes, maintaining the personnel information system, processing employment changes, drafting contracts and correspondence, optimizing HR processes, participating in projects, conducting meetings with management, and serving as the primary point of contact for employees. Prior to this role, Solange worked at Pro Persona as an HR administration staff member, focusing on process optimization and facilitating the use of AFAS. Experience also includes positions at F&L Media as a marketing employee, Randstad as an account specialist/HR staff, and various roles in marketing and sales. Solange holds a degree in Trend Research & Concept Creation in Lifestyle, Marketing/Innovation from Fontys University of Applied Sciences and an initial degree in Social Work from HAN University of Applied Sciences.
