John is an operational and administrative executive visionary in the public safety world. He is a retired colonel from the Nevada Highway Patrol with proven abilities in project management, communications, critical incidents and legislative testimony. ​

Throughout John’s career, he held every rank within Nevada’s Department of Public Safety. His strong legislative experience brings vast experience to the TDD Team. His leadership and expertise in traffic management are what makes him stand out as a top public safety professional. His highest honor was serving the men and women of the Nevada Highway Patrol. ​

John earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Multidisciplinary Studies from Grantham University in Lenexa, Kansas.​

John is a graduate of Northwestern University Center for Public Safety School of Police Staff and Command Class 265. ​
