Megan Golder has a diverse work experience spanning over 10 years. In their current role as the Digital Marketing and Communications Manager at The Dian Fossey Gorilla Fund, they are responsible for managing digital marketing campaigns and communication strategies. Prior to this, Megan worked at Cady Studios as the Director of Culture and Talent, focusing on employee engagement and development. Megan also served as the Senior Membership Director at the YMCA of Metropolitan Atlanta, where they oversaw a $5 million membership budget and provided leadership to the Aquatics and Family Life Departments. Before that, they held the position of Senior Director at the same organization, overseeing various youth and family programs and managing a team of staff members. Earlier in their career, Megan worked at the Tampa Metro YMCA as the Senior Program Director and Youth and Adult Sports Director, where they oversaw a wide range of programs and managed a large staff.

Megan Golder pursued their education from 2006 to 2009 at The University of Georgia, where they achieved a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General.
