Lisa Plowman currently serves as the Executive Secondary Headteacher at The Diamond Learning Partnership Trust since January 2020. Prior to this role, Lisa held the position of Partnership Leader at The St Neots Learning Partnership from April 2014 to September 2017, and previously worked as an Assistant Headteacher within the same organization from April 2013 to August 2014. From September 2011 to January 2013, Lisa functioned as the Partnership Leader for Training Programmes at St Neots Learning Partnership. Lisa's career in education began at Longsands Academy, where the role of Head of Specialist and International Education was held from September 2009 to August 2011.
