Tony Saputra is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in high-end hospitality. Currently serving as Executive Chef at The Dharmawangsa Jakarta since May 2021, Tony has previously held similar roles at Hilton Bandung from 2015 to 2021 and Grand Hyatt Bali from 2013 to 2015. Other notable positions include Executive Sous Chef at Grand Hyatt Bali, Chef de Cuisine at Regent Hotels & Resorts, and Sous Chef at Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts. Tony's career began as a Commis at Grand Hyatt and The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, with progressive roles leading to Demichef de Partie at Le Gavroche and Chef De Partie - Sous Chef at Atlantis Resorts. Tony holds a Diploma III in Food Management from Sekolah Tinggi Pariwisata Bandung, obtained between 2000 and 2002.
