Tony Saputra is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in high-end hospitality. Currently serving as Executive Chef at The Dharmawangsa Jakarta since May 2021, Tony has previously held similar roles at Hilton Bandung from 2015 to 2021 and Grand Hyatt Bali from 2013 to 2015.
