Sundar Thapa TIExpE is an experienced professional in explosive ordnance disposal (EOD) and improvised explosive device disposal (IEDD), currently serving as an EOD/IEDD Mentor at The Development Initiative Limited since December 2022. Previous roles include IEDD/EOD Mentor at SafeLane Global and EOD/IEDD Instructor/Consultant for the United Nations Mine Action Service, where training packages were developed and delivered to Iraqi police. Sundar provided technical support to AMISOM while leading IEDD operations at Dynasafe MineTech and executed safe deployment and operations as CT Search and IEDD Commander in the Nepal Army. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Political Science and a Bachelor's degree in Arts.
