Tara Dougherty, MHA, currently serves as a FOIA specialist at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security since May 2024. Prior experience includes a role as Project Manager at The Retirement Plan Company, LLC, where Tara managed plan onboarding and offboarding from August 2023 to April 2024. Previously, as Medical Standards Manager for the Defense Health Agency, Tara oversaw clinical operations and supported healthcare for 7,300 active duty members from June 2022 to April 2023. Tara's extensive background in the United States Air Force encompassed various leadership roles, including managing surgical residencies, clinical operations, and training programs. Academic qualifications include a Master of Health Administration from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Psychology from Liberty University.
