Esther J. is an accomplished Art Director currently leading creative endeavors at The DEFY Collective since October 2023. With a solid foundation in graphic design, Esther held the position of Associate Art Director at Evoke from September 2022 to July 2023, where responsibilities included leading creative presentations and contributing to high-quality design work. Prior experience as Lead Designer at Akullian Creative from January 2019 to September 2022 involved overseeing all creative operations, while earlier roles included Graphic Designer and Stylist at L.L.Bean and Francescas, respectively. Esther holds a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design from The College of Saint Rose, earned in May 2020.
