Felipe Aravena Loxley has a diverse and extensive work experience in various industries.

From 2022 to present, they serve as the Head of Operations at The Defiant.

Prior to that, from 2021 to 2022, they worked as an Associate at McKinsey & Company.

From 2019 to 2019, Felipe worked as a Trade Advisor at ProChile, where they played a key role in developing and supervising the construction of the Chilean Pavilion for the Gulfood 2019 Expo, resulting in record sales of US$45 million. Felipe also created a strategic plan for the implementation of the Chile-U. A. E. trade.

From 2014 to 2019, Felipe held various positions at Apple Tree Foodstuff Trading LLC. From 2016 to 2019, they served as the Chief Commercial Officer, leading the commercial department and driving the company's sales increase by 50% annually. Felipe also expanded the company into 6 new cities in the GCC region, improved the client base by 30%, and implemented a successful organizational and digital transformation. Prior to that, from 2014 to 2016, they worked as a Business Development Manager at the same company.

From 2011 to 2014, Felipe worked at Unifrutti Asia. Felipe served as a Project Manager from 2013 to 2014, and as a Logistics and Operations Coordinator from 2011 to 2013, where they played a pivotal role in implementing Chilean operational best practices at distribution centers in the U. A. E.

Felipe Aravena Loxley pursued their education in a diligent and progressive manner. Felipe began their academic journey in 2004 at Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering in 2009. Building upon this foundation, Felipe continued to expand their knowledge and skills by enrolling in Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez once again in 2009, this time to pursue a Master of Science degree in Business. Completing their studies in 2010, they furthered their educational pursuits by attending INSEAD in 2019, where they successfully earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
