Sarah Castañeda, RPm, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in research analysis and project management. Currently serving as a Senior Research Analyst at The Decision Lab since July 2021, Sarah specializes in applying sophisticated statistical techniques and Python for data analysis to derive strategic insights for clients across diverse industries. Previous roles include Research Analyst at The Decision Lab, Project Manager at AHA! Behavioral Design, and various positions at Viventis Search Asia, where Sarah focused on talent development, human resource operations, and capability building. Sarah holds a Master of Science in Psychology with a major in Clinical Psychology and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from De La Salle University.
