Michael Baum currently serves as a Project Engineer at The de Moya Group, Inc. since January 2019. Prior to this role, Michael worked as a Food and Beverage Controller at Morton's The Steakhouse from April 2012 to December 2018. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Florida International University.
